We go that extra step to be special and are not just another Event Photographer. We take 'formal' and 'fun' photographs, providing all the Props for the fun photos.
Anglian Event Photography covers events of all "shapes and sizes" throughout East Anglia and the Midlands. For larger events we are happy to take our expertise much further afield. Types of events covered include, School Proms, Masonic Ladies Festivals, Charity Balls, Black Tie Dinners, Award Ceremonies, Seminars, Conferences ......
So what will your guests receive ?
We will provide your guests with a studio-quality 9 x 6 mounted photograph of that special day, including if required, a logo and title printed onto the photograph. Your guests’ photos are produced instantly, using the latest touch screen event printing technology. We also upload all photos to our website for subsequent online ordering.
What do you need to do ?
Just provide us with some space for our Mini-Studio, and we'll do everything else for you on the Day.
After booking us all you need to do is advise us of the venue. We can then discuss with them allocation of a suitable space to enable us to set up a mini studio.
The ideal is that we are close to the "action" - which is usually possible as we don't need much space - just enough to accommodate lights, a backdrop and a printing station. We have a variety of themed backdrops that we can use and this coupled with the studio lighting produces excellent studio quality photos.
What does it cost you ?
We have a range of packages below - in particular for the
Christmas Party season.
You've probably landed on this page because you are looking to provide your guests with photos recording a great evening. We can do just that - printing them on the night, with a Christmassy or themed backdrop and some Free entertainment for them too.
Parties come in all shapes and sizes, so we can offer a package tailored to your needs ......but here are a few ideas:
Prepaid Options providing your guests with a free souvenir....
Option 1) Parties of a 100 people or less - we will attend for 2 hours and click away and provide unlimited 6" x 4" photos in card mounts for a fixed price of £375.
Option 2) Parties of a 100 people or less - we will attend for 2 hours and click away and provide unlimited large 6" x 9" photos in card mounts for a fixed price of £500.
Option 3) Parties of more than 100 people - for larger events we can provide a similar package to Options 1 & 2 but will need to extend our stay to ensure that each guest receives at least one photograph. The cost will depend upon the exact number of attendees and duration.
"Pay on the night" option for larger parties....
Option 4) Parties of at least 100 people - we shall attend for the duration of the evening and sell photographs to your guests. Our attendance will be subject to an advance attendance fee of £150 which may be waived for larger numbers.
If you are holding a function with a ticket price, you can factor the pre-paid charge, in advance, into your ticket cost and surprise your guests with a free photo to take home with them.
During the busy Christmas season, a non-returnable booking fee will be required.

A Charity Event ? For the larger charity events, in addition to providing your guests with a souvenir of a great time, we can provide you - the charity - with a secondary source of income, by returning to you a proportion of the sales of photographs.
A Corporate Event ? Give your prized customers a special souvenir. A fixed sum can be agreed in advance.
Getting Married ? Why not give your guests a souvenir of your big day - We don't ask your guests to pay but we offer a pre-agreed fixed cost, with you the couple.
